OpenPM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Project Training Solutions, and specialises in the delivery of APM qualifications, project and risk management learning and development programmes.

Our organisation began in 1997 and we have worked with many companies to help them develop project management excellence.  Assignments include design, development and delivery of learning and development programmes and consultancy in project management methods and the development of project management capability.

We have a strong background in research and training development which has enabled us to incorporate real world cases into our training programmes.  These enable our delegates to learn theory in context which makes courses interesting and engaging.  The use of case studies also helps to instil a learning from experience ethos: effectively we expect our delegates to learn how to learn from experience to enable them to make continuous improvements in the workplace.   

We are also able to provide robust courses and programmes in a wide range of formats including: conventional, blended, distance learning, workshop and action learning.  We can also integrate in-house and generic topics.

Our research strength has enabled us to develop a comprehensive set of training materials which can be provided in hard copy or on-line.
