Our courses and workshops are delivered by highly qualified, time served project managers.  Each consultant has specific knowledge in a particular field such as construction, aerospace, defence, power generation, banking, telecomm, government, IT, is highly qualified and registered with APM and/or APMGroup.

We endeavour to match our consultants to our clients in terms of type of business, industrial sector and experience.  We prefer to operate on a local basis as far as possible to minimise cost and maximise responsiveness, and we like our consultants to act as single point contact with clients and develop good, long term working relationships.

We continuously research into real world cases and project management methods to bring the latest insights, practices and innovative solutions to our clients.  Whilst these are used to support course development, they also enable us to support initiatives to improve project management practice through changes in behaviour and methods.  We are also experienced in change management methods including critical systems thinking and action research which are becoming increasingly used in the development of project management excellence.
