- Registered Project Professional

This qualification is internationally recognised as IPMA Level B - 'Senior Project Manager'.

The RPP qualification shows that a successful candidate has the leadership qualities and management skills to deliver challenging and complex projects.  Candidates will need five years experience in project leadership including the management of a complex project.

Assessment is in three main stages:

  1. Application - including a self assessment against core competences and portfolio of experience.

  2. Assessment and feedback - assessors provide comments and feedback, and may request additional information.

  3. Professional interview - interviews are conducted with the assessors to validate and examine further evidence as appropriate.

Candidates prepare for assessment through an action learning programme which provides a structured environment suited to personal needs.  The programme includes three workshops.  During the programme, candidates control their own development and preparation tasks, share experiences, obtain support from others on the same programme, and attend master briefing sessions provided by qualified professionals and/or assessors.

Throughout, on-line resources are available to enable individuals to prepare and revise appropriate topics according to their personal needs.
