Qualification Workshop - Project Practitioner
 
This workshop
prepares candidates for the Practitioner Qualification through practise in the application of project management knowledge,
skills and techniques in a non-complex project scenario. In
additional to technical competences it also addresses behavioural, team working
and presentation skills which are assessed through the Practitioner
Qualification.
This 2 day workshop is suitable for anyone
with more than three years experience in the management of projects,
such as work package managers, team leaders and assistant project
managers.

Project Management Planning:
project organisation;
project scope; procurement management plan;

Project Control and Change Management:

project issues; managing stakeholder expectations;
change control & configuration management,
Post Project Review:
