This workshop is delivered as part of an action learning programme for individuals wishing to become certificated through IPMA at Level A 'Projects Director'.  The workshop and Action Learning Programme is appropriate for anyone with five years of experience in portfolio management and/or programme management with strategic relevance, at least three years as a responsible leader in the management of complex portfolios or programmes and at least two years of experience in managing projects.

This 2 day workshop is highly interactive and provides opportunities to review, discuss and receive feedback from all participants.
