Qualification Workshop - Senior Project Manager
The workshop
prepares individuals for the APM
Registered Project Professional programme. It
addresses the management of complex projects including definition,
assessment, specific management problems that arise and appropriate
responses. The workshop is highly interactive with opportunities to review, discuss and receive
feedback on project management performance.
This 2 day workshop is for practising
senior project managers with at least five years experience
including managing a complex project,
who now wish to undertake the assessment programme leading to the APM Registered
Project Professional.
